The principle of product return & Cargo Check
1, Well Life to the commodity which all was allowed to return has established a 10 day commodities returned period. In receives commodity within 10 days, you may have the commodity to be returned in light of this.
2, IF you must to return the product, please indicate the reason, and E-mail to service@welllife-int.com, after it was approved by the company ,then you can return the product to the company assigns address, unless you according to the upper row requisition procedure, the company generally has not accepted the returned product, the expense generally voluntarily is responsible by customer.
3, IF the commodity like to have the flaw or to damage when you received, Well Life will compensate you any expense which you had payed, including customs duty, service expense and shipping cost and so on. If the non- above reason makes the returned , then the shopping voluntarily will bear because returns product produces the expense.
4, When the company receives the returns product, Well Life will confirm its product condition. Simultaneously you will receive the E-mail notice.
5, The company will deduct the necessary expense from your payment, then the balance will be deposited into the bank account according to your indication.
